About Aussie Math Tutor NSW: Maths Made Clear, Step by Step
We help students in Years 1–10 strengthen maths foundations, understand difficult concepts and become more confident in the way they approach school mathematics.
Our tutoring is built around a simple idea: when a student is struggling, the answer is not always more questions. Sometimes they need a clearer explanation, a better starting point and practice that matches what they are ready to learn.
Small Maths Gaps Can Become Big Confidence Problems
Students rarely lose confidence in maths overnight. A missed concept can quietly affect the next one. Weak number skills can make fractions harder; weak fractions can make percentages more difficult; and those gaps can later make algebra feel overwhelming.
That is why our tutoring does more than help students complete the work sitting in front of them. We look for the ideas underneath the difficulty, rebuild what is missing and then move forward at a pace the student can manage.

We address important foundations when they are missing rather than rushing ahead simply because a topic belongs to the student’s current school year.

Students do not all process information in the same way. We adjust examples, representations and explanations when the first method does not click.

Practice is chosen to reinforce a specific skill rather than simply giving students a large volume of repetitive questions.

Credibility Without Making the Page All About the Founder
Aussie Math Tutor NSW was founded by Aditya “Adi” Jadhav with a practical goal: make difficult maths concepts easier for students to understand, practise and apply.
Adi has a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology, a Master of Management Studies in Marketing and an MBA from Macquarie University. He is also the Wiley-published author of Study Notes for Management 101 and develops many of the learning resources used across the Aussie Math Tutor NSW website.
Those credentials support the business, but they are not the centre of the tutoring experience. What matters most is whether a student leaves a lesson understanding something that felt difficult before.

We begin by understanding the student before recommending the direction of tutoring.
